For any business to succeed, it needs clear goals and considered leadership. Working his way up the company tree and with a strong conviction in providing solutions that are technology based, Dwayne Russell is our man at the top.

A combination of accounting and business training, a love for talented people and deep roots within the company is what makes Dwayne a respected General Manager. Backed with glowing but honestly made comments from staff members, such as, ‘He empowers us to represent the company and make decisions,’ he is well placed to meet the challenge of growing the company while also maintaining and improving service levels.

Previously the Finance Manager and Assistant General Manager, Dwayne knows the business inside out. He holds the ACCA certification as well as certificates in Project Management, Business Analysis, Data Analytics and Unix Database Administration. Active in civil society, he is a member of the Jamaica Computer Society, Electronic Transaction Association (ETA) Payment Sales and Strategy Committee, Institute of Internal Auditors and the Institute of Jamaica (IOJ) Finance Committee.

With little time for under achievement within both himself and his team, Dwayne believes in heart, skill, fight and good competition. An avid Manchester United Football Club fan, he can be found at home or anywhere with a screen to watch the matches.
